The Company also provides international telephony services, aimed at both foreign nationals living in France, and French citizens living overseas, as well as in Italy, Belgium and Spain; voice-over Internet protocol (VoIP) services, and Internet services. Budget Telecom provides its services to both private and business customers. It controlled as of December 31, 2011, one subsidiary, Kast Online SARL. In February 2014, it acquired Effineo.
