The first is the company's OSUR business, which consists of the development, manufacture, marketing and sale of oral fluid diagnostic products and specimen collection devices using its proprietary technologies, as well as other diagnostic products including immunoassays and other in vitro diagnostic tests that are used on other specimen types. The second segment is the company's DNAG or molecular products and services business and is operated primarily through its subsidiaries. In the DNAG business, the company manufactures and sells kits that are used to collect, stabilize, transport and store biological samples of genetic material for molecular testing.
