The Fund's objective is to provide holders of units with monthly cash distributions initially targeted to be 5.25% per annum on the original issue price of C$12.00 per unit and maximize total returns for unitholders while preserving capital in the long term. As of Dec 31 2010, the Fund had total investments at fair value of C$58,666,008 and total assets of C$59,502,371.
