Shiva Cement Limited. Shiva Cement Limited (SCL) is an India-based company, engaged in the manufacturing and selling of cement & its allied products. The Company caters to domestic markets. The manufacturing facility is located in Orissa, with raw material and ready markets in the vicinity. It's marketing place is Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand & Bihar states. These states are historically in cement supply deficit, due to poor availability of Limestone reserve. The Company's products include, Portland Slag Cement (PSC), Clinker and Limestone Chips. PSC cement is used for general construction purpose. Clinker is marketed to nearby stand-alone cement grinding units. The Company produces typical size of Limestone chips three millimeter to six millimeter as an essential input for Sponge Iron plants for de-sulpherization of steel.
