​AF-KLM, the largest European airline in terms of Revenue Passenger Kilometer (RPK), had another strong quarter with 1Q16 results in line with our expectations in terms of revenue (€5,605m vs €5,555m) but ahead in terms of EBITDA (€266m vs €7m). Revenue increased by +0.4% yoy on a reported basis but declined by -1.3% yoy at constant FX. Passenger revenue (80% ofrevenue) was slightly down by -0.2% yoy at constant currency (CC) as revenue per ASK at CC held relatively well at - 1.3% compared to -4.7% for IAG and -6.6% for Lufthansa.
