Constellium, the French developer of value-added aluminium products, yesterday posted another strong set of quarterly results, which rounded off a year of significant financial improvement.
Revenue increased 8% yoy to €1,248m, supported by 2% volume growth and higher aluminium prices. Adjusted EBITDA jumped by 20% yoy to €100m ((8% margin vs. 7% last year), primarily driven by a stellar performance of the Aerospace & Transportation segment, which benefited from a positive aerospace price and mix effect despite slightly lower volume.
