MANUTENCOOP- Manutencoop soft 4Q17, still unattractive and risky
Manutencoop, the Italian cleaning firm, released soft 4Q17 results, with sales up 1% yoy to €253m and EBITDA down 2% yoy to €26m. The quarter was another marked by overall stable activity, with contract losses and pricing pressures in private contracts (24% of sales, -3% yoy) offset by some volume gains in public & healthcare (76%, +2%).
