Shanxi Guoyang New Energy is engaged in the manufacture, process, and sale of coal; and the production and supply of electric power. Co.'s main products are solid coal, fine coal, and processed coal. Solid coal consists of medium and small, medium solid coal is used as a gasometer in chemical fertilizer industry, while small solid coal is used for smelting purposes and as a gasometer for machinery; Fine coal is also used in smelting industry as a high-pressure heat blow; and processed coal is mainly used for power generating purposes. On Dec 31 2005, Co. had produced over 14,170,000 tonnes of coal, and 7,000,000 tonnes of secondary coal.
