Co. also has investments in Special Purposes Companies ("SPCs") for the specific purpose of raising funds from third parties to support reforestation projects. as an ostensible partner, has contributed forest assets, mainly forests and land, by granting the right to use, whereas the other investing stockholders have contributed cash to these SPCs.
