Overseas subsidiary factories receive orders from overseas outdoor and sports brand buyers and produce and export products to in the form of OEM. The Brand Distribution Business segment is engaged in sales of bicycles, sporting goods, and outdoor brand products. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including America and Europe.
