Sesa is the leader in the Italian market in the distribution and sales of value added IT solutions for business clients (ComputerGross 44%market share in Italy). The Company provides an integrated offer made up of products from the global IT titans in the sector, which provide significant added value in the business segment, such as IBM, Microsoft, HP, Cisco and Lenovo. Sesa operates through three subsidiaries/divisions: Computer Gross Italia (CGI), Var Group and Corporate.

In the fiscal year Sesa’s net revenues equaled to 1260.3M€, 3.4% higher than FY15/16, the leading business unit was VAD that registered a turnover increase equal to 1.8% yoy up to 1096.8M€ and the VAR BU revenues amounted to 233M€, 4.7% higher than FY15/16. The EBITDA amounted to 57.9M€, with an increase of 7.2% yoy.
