The company has developed and markets innovative testing solutions that improve gynecologic health outcomes for women. AWH's products include sophisticated, clinically validated assays for the earlier detection of ovarian cancer risk when a woman presents with a pelvic mass. OvaSuiteSM is truly unique as there are no other comparable testing solutions for earlier detection of ovarian cancer risk on the market. OvaSuite family of assays is on the market. AWH's OvaSuite tests are liquid biopsy tests that assess the risk of ovarian cancer, including early-stage disease, which sets the company apart from the competition. AWH has a promising pipeline of other diagnostic assays for gynecologic conditions, including a first-of-its-kind noninvasive blood test to assist in the diagnosis of endometriosis. This test, EndoCheckTM, is expected to launch in 2H23. Market potential for AWH's assays significant. Based on the estimated incidence of ovarian cancer and other gynecologic conditions, we estimate the market potential for AWH's currently available assays in the US is at least $626.3 million. This includes a serial monitoring application of OvaWatchSM, which will be marketed this year. We expect AWH's annual revenue growth to be in the 45-50% range over the next three years, generating $27 million in revenues by 2025, up from 20-25% growth previously. AWH is led by an experienced management team. Nicole Sandford was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2022 after serving as a member of the company's board since February 2021. Ms. Sandford has extensive experience as an innovator and business leader. She has recruited experienced leadership, including Chief Scientific and Operating Officer Dr. Ryan Phan, who has a unique combination of academic, clinical, and commercial expertise. He joined after a successful stint at CareDx.
