Louisiana Energy Conference 2024
Water Tower Research is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of the upcoming 2024 Louisiana Energy Conference. The event will be held from May 28-30, 2024, in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Four Seasons Hotel. As in prior years, LEC 2024 will feature presentations, panels, and discussions that address nearly all facets of the broad energy landscape. This year’s event is expected to draw executives from more than 90 leading public and private companies engaged in the traditional oil & gas industry, along with companies participating in various segments of the energy evolution. Participants will also include advisors and consultants from leading financial and strategic advisory firms and industry regulatory agencies. Last year’s event drew more than 450 attendees, consisting of a cross section of buy-side investment managers and advisors and sell-side analysts. Confirmed investment professional attendees will have the opportunity to participate in one-on-one meetings with management teams from some of the participating companies. One-on-one management meetings will be arranged through the conference registration portal. We have summarized the conference agenda in Figure 1. Water Tower will moderate panels whose topics are US E&P – Multi-Basin Approach Reduces Portfolio Risk, International E&P – Africa and South America Gaining Traction, and Key Themes and Drivers of the Energy Transition. The conference has been hosted annually since 2000 in New Orleans by Al Petrie Advisors. Al Petrie Advisors was formed in 1998 to provide specialized investor relations and strategic analysis consulting for the energy industry. In addition, the firm works with clients to develop and manage their ESG reporting and messaging strategies.
