Controlling COGS, being vertically integrated, and being fiscally responsible are among the keys to winning in this hyper-competitive market. Brands were also showcased, and we left impressed with the quality and innovation. Timeless Vapes impressed us with its packaging and distribution approach, and Kanha’s effects-based edibles were another standout product. Lane shared his perspective on the event and his favorite presentations. The Lessons from Leadership panel was among his favorites, which included Tiffany Chin from Snoop Dogg’s Death Row Records. Lane also found the Effective Strategies to Convert Illicit Market Consumers panel insightful. The next Benzinga event is the Cannabis Capital Conference in Hollywood, Florida on April 16-17.
