Petropavlovsk (POG) -New Senior Notes to refinance bank debt
US$500m of 8.125% Senior Notes repayable on 14th November 2022 have been sold, thus refinancing their bank debt from two Russian banks. The interest rate paid is around that of the bank debt, but it eliminates the need for bank debt covenants and extends the debt profile.Anglo American is a global mining company with a portfolio of mining operations and undeveloped resources.
