IMImobile Strategic US acquisition/ H1 in line/ FY ahead
IMImobile has today announced an acquisition and a trading update ahead of results on 21st November. IMImobile has agreed to acquire the trade and assets of the Sumotext Corporation in the USA. This strategic acquisition provides a platform to launch IMImobile’s product offering to the enterprise market in the US.In terms of current trading Trading for the six months ended 30 September 2017 in line with directors’ expectations. Year to March 2018 revenue and gross profit expected to be above market expectations.
IMImobile is a cloud communications software and solutions provider that enables companies to use mobile and digital technologies to communicate and engage with their customers. Co.'s software and solutions offering includes: IMIchat, which is a cloud application that allows for real-time agent interactions for either customer support or sales across multiple message channels; IMIcampaign, which is a cloud campaign management software application designed for multi-channel marketing communication; and IMIdigital, which helps organizations to provide mobile content and media services such as video streaming to mobile devices across multiple touchpoints.
