KAZ Minerals (KAZ) - With rampant copper prices it's good to have a bit of gearing

Post the Q3 update we pondered whether the Kazakh copper miner would use the tons of cash being currently generated to pay down debt and provide a cash return to shareholders, or whether it would splash the cash on yet another expansion.
