Selon le dernier rapport de la Caisse de Compensation à fin juin 2019, la charge globale de compensation a diminué de 5,1% à MAD 7 Md par rapport à la même période en 2018, liée notamment à la baisse de 15% de la moyenne des cours du gaz butane sur les sept premiers mois de l’année, au moment où celle du sucre a globalement stagné.

Au terme du Conseil des Gouverneurs tenu ce mercredi 31 juillet, la Réserve Fédérale américaine a décidé de réduire son taux directeur de 25 pbs à 2,25% et 2,50% pour la 1ère fois depuis la dernière révision à la baisse appliquée dans le sillage de la crise financière de 2008.
