In today's Morning Views publication we comment on developments of the following high yield issuers: Trivium, TGS ASA, Intrum, Axactor, Virgin Media O2, Telecom Italia, Lottomatica (formerly Gamenet), Huhtamaki, Techem, Victoria, Teva, Encore Capital (formerly Cabot), Air Baltic
Through lower portfolio amortisation and improved funding costs, Axactor reported Q1 PTP of EUR13.5m, 41% higher YOY. Despite lower NPL collections following the portfolio sales in November, collection performance returned to above 100%, supported by the portfolio revaluation undertaken in Q4. Having repurchased an additional share of the ACR03 bond, Axactor appears better positioned to refinance in 2025. We have raised our 2026–2027e EPS by ~10%, and our target price to EUR5.9 (4.3), but reiter...
Ørsted today announced it is cancelling development of the 2.4GW Hornsea 4 project off the UK due to increased supply chain costs, higher interest rates, and greater construction and operational risk (FID was expected later in 2025). The cancellation adds to uncertainty for the offshore wind services industry and overall project profitability within offshore wind. No installation contracts for Hornsea 4 had been disclosed yet, but with Cadeler responsible for foundations and half the turbines on...
Hexagon Purus’s weak Q1 results underpinned the stark market challenges for its hydrogen- and battery-related businesses. However, we still believe a restructuring of the company’s NOK2.1bn in convertible debt is needed. We have cut our 2025e EBITDA by 5% on the weaker-than-expected Q1 res...

Q1 provided few surprises: total orders were a touch better than expected; orders received margins continued to decline; China orders matched our estimates; cash flow was strong; and the 2025 guidance was broadly in line with consensus. Having raised our 2025–2027e clean EPS by c2% on average, we have increased our target price to EUR55 (52) but reiterate our HOLD.
