Wereldhave Belgium - Q1 trading update

Net result was down 7.2% to EUR 10.4m, with a similar per share result (EUR 1.17). The decrease is driven primarily by the increase in financial costs.Portfolio saw a LfL increase of 4.8% since December end driven by the increasing ERVs. Portfolio value now stands at EUR 984.4m.Guidance for net result from core activities reiterated at EUR 4.80-4.90 per share.We will review our estimates and in the meantime, we reiterate our 'Buy' rating.
