Q124 Turnover recorded an increase of 6.1% to reach XOF 261.1 billion against XOF 246.2 billion in the same period last year. This growth was driven by the performance of Orange Burkina Faso linked to a good growth in data and voice. Orange Côte d'Ivoire also contributed to this growth with a fine performance over the quarter, thanks to the increase in voice revenues. Total customers base record a 11.25% growth in the total customer base.
FY23 turnover increased by 5.3% at XOF 1 016.5 billion against XOF 965.03 billion in the same period last year. This performance was mainly driven by mobile, fixed-line broadband and mobile money segments, as well as the expansion of the subscriber’s base. However, this performance has been offset by the setback in data tariff increase in Côte d'Ivoire and Liberia, the security crisis in Burkina Faso and the volatility of the exchange rate in Liberia.
