Merlin Entertainments (‘Merlin’), the second largest theme park operator worldwide, held a conference call today to discuss its trading statement for the year to date period ended on September 17th, 2016. We note a resilient performance during the key summer period and minimal impact from closing of legal pursuits related to last year’s Alton Towers accident. As a remainder, Merlin releases its full results only twice a year.
