EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS’i aktsia puhasväärtus seisuga 31.01.2026 EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS teenis jaanuaris 2 738 tuhat eurot konsolideeritud üüritulu. Kuu varem, 2025. aasta detsembris, teenis fond 2 956 tuhat eurot üüritulu, mis sisaldas kaubanduskeskuste aasta lõpus arvestatud kõrgemaid käibeüüre kogusummas 241 tuhat eurot.
