New York, November 29, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service, has assigned an A3 rating to $950 million of senior notes to be issued by Arch Capital Finance LLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Arch Capital Group Ltd.. A portion of the notes will mature in 2026, with the remainder maturing in 2046. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Arch Capital. Net proceeds from the offering will be used to finance Arch Capital's pending acquisition of United Guaranty...
