S&T AG - Kontron-Ãœbernahme bietet Wachstumschance
Am 09.11.2016 stimmten die österreichischen Kartellbehörden dem Erwerb eines 29,9%igen Anteils der Kontron AG durch S&T zu. Nach einer erfolgreichen Restrukturierung der Kontron AG, soll die Gesellschaft auf S&T verschmolzen werden. Ziel ist es, einen internationalen Player im Bereich embedded Computer und embedded Software zu formen. 2018 soll ein Umsatz vonüber 1 Mrd. € erreicht werden. Die geplante Verschmelzung soll durch einen reinen Aktientausch erfolgen.
