London, 03 August 2017-- Moody's Investors Service, today affirmed the Baa2 senior unsecured ratings assigned to Solvay SA and its guaranteed subsidiaries Solvay Finance, LLC and Cytec Industries Inc., and the Baa2 MTN program ratings assigned to Solvay, Solvay Finance and Solvay Finance, LLC.
