ABB had solid broad-based execution in Q1, but the real story was the plan to spin off Robotics – a strategic move that adds structural appeal and potential valuation upside, in our view. 2025 guidance was reiterated despite macro noise, while we found the overall (and data centre) commentary constructive. With a fresh catalyst, we reiterate our BUY and have raised our operating EBITA by c3% for 2025–2027e. We have cut our target price to SEK585 (600), with a 2-year forward EV/EBIT of 16x.
