Co.'s business activities are carried out in certain regions in the People's Republic of China (PRC) such as Changzhou, Ganzhou, Hefei, Lanzhou, Nanning, Yancheng, Yangzhou and Yinchuan. Co. operates in three business segments: Property investment and development, which constructs commercial and residential properties in the PRC; Property leasing, which holds commercial units located in the PRC for leasing; and Other segment, which provides management services to certain housing estate in the PRC and generates management fee income.
