Katharina von Platen is appointed Chief Financial Officer of GREENFORCE
Munich, March 16, 2022 GREENFORCE FUTURE FOOD AG is also consistently expanding its top management on its way to becoming one of the leading suppliers of plant-based food alternatives in Europe. In this context, the Munich based company has appointed Katharina von Platen (born in 1983) as CFO.
Katharina von Platen has many years of experience in senior financial positions with renowned companies, including ChargeNow, PosterXXL or CareerBuilder. In her previous positions, she was responsible for controlling, reporting and financing issues, among other things.
"For our current and future growth, we need an experienced professional top management, including a charismatic leadership of our finance division. Katharina von Platen adds the necessary experience, passion, empathy as well as pragmatism for this to our company. With our 100% vegan, animal cruelty-free and regionally produced products, we want to drive a paradigm shift towards a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in Europe", explains Thomas Isermann, founder and executive board member of GREENFORCE.
It was only in December 2021 that GREENFORCE has generated 15m Euro within the scope of a significantly oversubscribed capital market's transaction mostly from institutional investors, which will be used primarily to accelerate growth, for international expansion and for the continued expansion of the research and development centre in Munich.
