Infestos: Private sale in Alfen N.V. completed

Following receipt of a waiver for its lock-up undertaking, Infestos has sold today through its subsidiaries Infestos Energy Transition B.V. and Infestos Holding M B.V. (together the 'Seller') its remaining holding in Alfen N.V. ('Alfen' or 'Company', ISIN: NL0012817175, ticker: ALFEN) to several institutional investors. Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG acted as Sole Bookrunner.
