As of Dec 31 2017, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 125 properties with 141 tenants and total rentable 508,518.23 sq. m. of area mainly in Central Tokyo and the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama Prefectures, Japan as well as other major regional cities.
