Carbios files its 2023 Universal Registration Document
Clermont-Ferrand, France, 19 April 2024 (18.30 CEST). (Euronext Growth Paris: ALCRB), a pioneer in the development and industrialization of biological technologies to reinvent the life cycle of plastics and textiles, announces to its shareholders and the financial community that its 2023 Universal Registration Document including the annual report, the management report and the report on corporate governance was filed with the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) on April 19, 2024 under the number n° D.24-0305.
