AltaPacific Bancorp Expands Share Repurchase Program

AltaPacific Bancorp (OTCBB: ABNK), the parent company of AltaPacific Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an expansion of the Company’s share repurchase program by an additional $2.0 million of the Company’s common stock. The Company’s repurchase program was originally announced on May 4, 2012. Since that date, the Company has invested approximately $18.6 million to repurchase and retire approximately 1,592,000 shares of its common stock at an average price of $11.66 per share. During 2018, AltaPacific Bancorp repurchased approximately $8.2 million of its common stock, representing approximately 550,000 shares at an average price of $14.91. The Company currently has approximately 5,698,000 shares of common stock outstanding.

Purchases made pursuant to the program will be made in either the open market or in privately negotiated transactions from time to time as permitted by federal securities laws and other legal requirements. The timing, manner, price and amount of any repurchase will be determined by the Company in its discretion and will be subject to economic and market conditions, stock price, applicable legal requirements and other factors. The Company has no obligation to repurchase any shares under this program and the program may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
