The Accenture MBA Innovation Challenge, an annual multi-round challenge, provides graduate business students from across the United States with real and real-time consulting experience in support of a national nonprofit organization.

"Helping expand how Wounded Warrior Project connects with and serves veterans is a great fit for our MBA Innovation Challenge," said Marty Rodgers, managing director of Accenture’s nonprofit practice. "We wanted to ask the brightest MBA students in the country to make a difference and give back to 'those who have borne the battle' and the team from Ross answered that call."

The latest MBA Innovation Challenge included five participating universities, with 49 teams and a total of 277 students, who focused on supporting Wounded Warrior Project's goal of innovating how they engage with warriors and family members.

“I was truly inspired by the commitment and dedication of the remarkable MBA students and Accenture's team that participated in the case competition," said, WWP CEO Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Mike Linnington. "Their passion for solutions to help warriors was evident in their exceptional presentations. We were thrilled to be a part of this outstanding event.”

The winning MBA team from University of Michigan's Ross School of Business was selected following multiple rounds of competition. The team proposed an adaptive survey that focuses data collection on the specific needs and preferences of Wounded Warriors, as well as an SMS (text message) platform to expand the breadth and reach of WWP communications to its members and supporters. The team will help Accenture implement the proposed solution for WWP.

"I was impressed with the students’ presentations and their ability to deeply understand Wounded Warrior Project's challenge statement, apply innovative solutions, and confidently present their ideas. " said Chris Toner, WWP chief of staff. "I ended the day feeling inspired by the students' enthusiasm and thorough recommendations."

ODDO : Shift to more favourable cycle to ease AI pressure on sector va...

While we do not deny the uncertainties and risks associated with artificial intelligence (pricing pressures, organisational change, etc.), we remain constructive on this issue, given the significant volume opportunities in prospect for the sector with the integration of agentic AI. Moreover, improving growth momentum in 2026 should reduce pressure on sector valuations (discount >30% vs Stoxx 600 vs a premium of 10% four years ago). On this basis, we have upgraded Bechtle (Outperform vs Neutral),...
