Graña y Montero S.A.A. (NYSE:GRAM) (BVL:GRAMONC1) (“the Company” or “Graña y Montero”) a leading Engineering and Construction company, announced that STRACON GyM S.A., a subsidiary of Grupo Graña y Montero, has reached an agreement with its client Hudbay Perú S.A.C. to extend its construction contract of the Constancia Mine (Cusco), for an additional period of two years, until the end of 2019.
Under the extension of this construction contract with a value of US$ 40 million, STRACON GyM will continue to provide Hudbay with the earthmoving services necessary for the regrowth of the tailings dam and other projects in the aforementioned copper mine.
