PRESS RELEASE

ALSO enters US
First step: Cloud

Like has been done in the past in the other countries, the technology provider continues to introduce cloud-focused business operations in new markets, following the company's growth strategy.

The beauty of the US market is its position as the world’s largest economy, with a 90 million commercial unique users and ICT TAM of 1.5T US Dollars per year. This market has a high level of cloud-application usage and IT-as-a-Service consumption, supported by a broad ecosystem of ±100k IT channel partners.

ALSO Cloud US has commenced its operations with first customers. The company is focused on accelerating cloud migrations, strengthening cybersecurity and driving adoption of AI solutions. Following the model proven in the UK, ALSO Cloud US has launched in parallel with a PaaS partner to accelerate growth in the market and establish foundation for further enhancements.

The ALSO Cloud Market Place (ACMP) is a platform of choice for IT professionals to buy, sell, and manage best-in-class technology solutions. The easy onboarding and migration experience is appreciated by resellers worldwide, as is the support of ALSO to reduce their risks and develop their business.

Jan Bogdanovich, Managing Director Commercial Business of ALSO Holding AG (SIX: ALSN), states: “In our expansion into the US market we are making additional footprint in our ecosystem. We look forward to blending our operational excellence with the US market potential. By drawing on data-driven insights and a customer-centered approach, we aim to deliver a reliable, high-quality experience that brings tangible value to the industry.”

ODDO : Shift to more favourable cycle to ease AI pressure on sector va...

While we do not deny the uncertainties and risks associated with artificial intelligence (pricing pressures, organisational change, etc.), we remain constructive on this issue, given the significant volume opportunities in prospect for the sector with the integration of agentic AI. Moreover, improving growth momentum in 2026 should reduce pressure on sector valuations (discount >30% vs Stoxx 600 vs a premium of 10% four years ago). On this basis, we have upgraded Bechtle (Outperform vs Neutral),...
