B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE:BGS) announced today that it has completed its previously announced refinancing of the Company’s senior secured credit facility. The refinancing reduces by 75 basis points the spread over LIBOR or the applicable base rate on approximately $640 million of tranche B term loans.
