The Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share to shareholders of record February 28, 2018, payable March 15, 2018. This is the same amount voted in the previous quarter.
The company also announced the retirement of Andrew J. Policano from the Board of Directors, effective April 27, 2018. Policano is the former dean of the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California – Irvine, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Badger Meter since 1997.
