BTS Group AB (publ) publicerar resultatuppdatering för andra kvartalet och sänker utsikterna för 2025

STOCKHOLM, SVERIGE - BTS Group AB (publ), ett ledande globalt konsultföretag inom strategigenomförande, förändring och medarbetarutveckling, publicerar i dag en resultatuppdatering för andra kvartalet 2025. Bolaget förväntas redovisa en nettoomsättning om cirka 720 (730) MSEK och ett EBITA-resultat om 85 (110) SEK för det andra kvartalet. Som en följd av detta har utsikterna för 2025 förändrats från ett bättre EBITA-resultat än föregående år, till att bolaget förväntas rapportera ett sämre EBITA-resultat än föregående år.

Resultatavvikelsen är helt hänförlig till BTS Nordamerika, som uppvisar minskad försäljning, främst på grund av ineffektivitet i sälj- och marknadsorganisationen. Därtill har dollarns försvagade växelkurs liksom uppsägningskostnader och andra engångskostnader i kvartalet bidragit till det lägre resultatet.

En ny ledning har tillsatts i BTS Nordamerika, som nu implementerar en ny strategi och försäljningsorganisation för att verksamheten återigen ska uppvisa tillväxt och ett förbättrat resultat.

BTS Övriga marknader, BTS Europa och den tidigare förvärvade coaching-verksamheten Boda i Nordamerika fortsätter att uppvisa god försäljningstillväxt och förbättrat EBITA-resultat.
