Through the initial assessment of the top ten portfolio holdings of the corporate group by an independent valuation company, Advanced Blockchain AG emphasizes its position as an innovation leader in the industry and demonstrates its investment successes.


Results for 2022
The consolidated figures for the year 2022 demonstrate a stable development of Advanced Blockchain AG despite challenging market conditions. Like the global economy, the industry faced significant challenges in the past year.

The group's revenue amounted to EUR 14.729 million compared to EUR 17.862 million in the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, and depreciation (EBITDA) reached EUR 2.767 million compared to EUR 6.649 million in the previous year, and net income amounted to EUR 1.761 million (prior year: EUR 5.317 million). The disclosed consolidated equity increased to EUR 15.561 million compared to EUR 12.047 million in the previous year.


Independent portfolio assessment
The external and independent assessment of the top ten portfolio holdings as of May 31, 2023, resulted in a total valuation of EUR 39.65 million based on acquisition costs of EUR 4.67 million. Outlook for 2023
For the ongoing fiscal year 2023, Advanced Blockchain AG's management continues to focus on sustainable growth while paying attention to cost structures. The company aims to further reduce costs in the current fiscal year 2023.

On the earnings side, profits from token transactions are expected, especially from over-the-counter (OTC) deals. In addition, there are potential revenue opportunities through upcoming token launches (TGE) where investments can be realized.


Audited financial statements
Due to the initial audit by Abstoß & Wolters GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, the audit of the 2022 consolidated financial statements will take further time. The company is working diligently to publish the audited consolidated figures by the end of July at the latest.
