Bluegreen Vacations Corporation (NYSE: BXG) ("Bluegreen Vacations" or the “Company") announced today that Ahmad M. Wardak, who has been with the Company for 16 years, has been appointed Executive Vice President (“EVP”) and Chief Marketing Officer, and that Susan Saturday is returning to the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Wardak will oversee all aspects of the Company’s marketing operations and customer care as well as sales operations at the Company’s 51%-owned Bass Pro Shops joint venture (the “Bass Pro JV”). Mr. Wardak will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee and as a member of the Management Committee of the Bass Pro JV.
Mr. Wardak joined Bluegreen Vacations in 2003 and most recently served as EVP of Corporate Development and Innovation, where he led the Company’s strategic and corporate development as well as the business intelligence and analytics functions. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Wardak led the corporate marketing function at Bluegreen Vacations, which included growing the Company’s strategic partnerships and leading the multi-channel direct marketing efforts involving the Company’s various strategic partners including Bass Pro Shops and Choice Hotels. Additionally, Mr. Wardak oversaw the Company’s database marketing, campaign management, call center operations and creative services functions as well as the Company’s new business development opportunities relative to strategic marketing. Under Mr. Wardak’s leadership, the Company’s corporate vacation package sales grew from approximately 45,000 to over 200,000 packages sold annually.

Bluegreen Vacations has also appointed Susan J. Saturday to the newly created position of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. In her new role, Ms. Saturday will provide oversight to the functions of human resources, information technology, development services, resort operations and club management, supported by existing leaders Justin Taylor, who was recently promoted to EVP and Chief People and Technology Officer; Kathy Foster, Senior Vice President (“SVP”) of Business Development and Innovation; and Ada Grzywna, SVP of Resort Operations.
Ms. Saturday is a Bluegreen Vacations veteran who initially joined the Company in 1988. In 1995, Ms. Saturday created the Company’s human resources function and supported the Company’s growth from approximately $120 million in revenue in fiscal 1995 to over $723 million in 2017.
Ms. Saturday left the Company to join BBX Capital Corporation (“BBX”) as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer on a full-time basis, a position she had held on a part-time basis since 2016. Ms. Saturday also served on BBX’s Executive Management Committee.
