Considered the industry gold standard, the 2019 ARDA Awards program celebrates excellence in the vacation ownership industry in categories including resort operations, marketing and sales, management and administration, advertising, and product design.

When Bluegreen Vacations acquired the Éilan Hotel & Spa, a AAA Four Diamond Hotel located in San Antonio, Texas, the company was challenged with converting a full-service hotel into an upscale timeshare resort. Under Arturo Santa Cruz’s direction as banquet director, the Resort’s food & beverage operation added value to the timeshare owners and achieved all financial and service goals set by the organization.

In her role as a bell attendant at Bluegreen Club 36 in Las Vegas, Rosie Tarin tirelessly and passionately demonstrates care for the collective customer service that is being offered at the property.
