CORESTATE postpones Annual General Meeting
- Annual General Meeting may not take place as planned on 29 April 2020 due to corona pandemic; postponement to a later date
Frankfurt, 18 March 2020. CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A. (Corestate), a leading independent investment manager for real estate in Europe, has announced today that in light of the pandemic spread of the Corona-Virus (SARS-CoV-2) and the associated extensive restrictions on travels and gatherings, it has to postpone its Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for 29 April 2020, and to adopt its financial calendar accordingly. Due to the new AGM date, the planned dividend may not be distributed on 30 April 2020 as this would be subject to a corresponding resolution on the appropriation of profit by the AGM.
As soon as planning and executing can be secured, a new date will be announced. According to legal requirements in Luxembourg, Corestate strives for holding the AGM not later than 30 June 2020.
