Century Communities Extends the Expiration Date of Its Exchange Offer for Its 5.875% Senior Notes Due 2025

Century Communities, Inc. (NYSE:CCS) (the “Company”) announced today that it has extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) up to $400 million in aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2025 and related guarantees, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Exchange Notes”), for a like principal amount of its issued and outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2025 and related guarantees (the “Initial Notes”) validly tendered for exchange by the registered holders thereof. The Exchange Offer will now expire at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on December 19, 2017, unless further extended by the Company.

The Exchange Offer had been previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on December 12, 2017. As of 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on December 12, 2017, approximately 99.9465% of the Initial Notes had been validly tendered for exchange and not withdrawn.
