Citizens Bank has hired Joseph C. Giampetroni as Regional Executive for the Midwest with responsibility for corporate banking in the greater Chicago area, Michigan and Ohio. Giampetroni joins Citizens with extensive banking experience in advising and handling the banking needs of corporate banking clients throughout the Midwest.

Giampetroni has a strong track record of advising and managing key client relationships and is a proven leader in the Midwest region. Most recently at U.S. Bank, he headed up the Midwest Corporate Banking Division. Prior to that he held senior management roles at Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase where he led teams and managed key client relationships and portfolios in several Midwest geographies.
Giampetroni is a native of Southeast Michigan and earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Eastern Michigan University.
