Citizens Bank announced today that Citizens Commercial Banking has hired Laura Neenan Fogarty as head of its national healthcare banking group. Fogarty joins Citizens following a successful 20-year banking career providing solutions to corporate clients, most recently serving as Managing Director of Healthcare Corporate Banking at Citigroup.
