C.H. Robinson Worldwide Increases Its Quarterly Cash Dividend

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared an increase to its regular quarterly cash dividend to 45 cents ($0.45) per share from 43 cents ($0.43) per share, payable on December 30, 2016, to shareholders of record on December 19, 2016.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of December 8, 2016, there were approximately 141,719,276 shares outstanding.
