Comcast Promotes Lisa Bonnell to Senior Vice President and General Auditor

Comcast Corporation announced today it has promoted Lisa Bonnell to Senior Vice President and General Auditor. In this role, she will lead the company’s internal audit function and oversee the performance for financial, operational and systems audits, among other responsibilities. She reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Comcast Corporation and to Mike Cavanagh, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Comcast Corporation.

“Lisa is a proven leader and has an outstanding record of identifying and delivering high-impact programs and results,” said Mr. Cavanagh. “Lisa’s promotion is well deserved. Her strong financial acumen, technical expertise, and commitment to Comcast’s high operating standards made her the ideal choice for this role.”

Since joining Comcast in 2011, Ms. Bonnell has been a senior member of the company’s audit team and has also served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Comcast Business where she oversaw order management and care operations for its advanced voice and Ethernet products. Prior to joining Comcast, she spent over 10 years at Dell Computer Corporation where she served as the Executive Director of Global Audit and Transformation and led a global transformation in support of Dell’s Finance, Retail, Sales, Services, and Supply Chain imperatives. She also previously served as a consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP.

Ms. Bonnell is a graduate of Santa Clara University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Zoo.
