Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), a leader in the motion picture exhibition industry announced that its Cinemark Playa Vista and XD Theatre will host an advance screening of Lionsgate and CBS Films' new film, Patriots Day, followed by an exclusive, live Q&A satellite broadcast featuring the film's stars and Boston's real-life heroes on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 6 p.m. PST. Cinemark's leading-edge technology enables Lionsgate to share real-time dialog from the actors and brave men and women of the Boston-area police force with movie fans not only in Los Angeles but across the U.S.
Boston native and Academy Award-nominee Mark Wahlberg will be joined by his costars Jimmy Yang and Khandi Alexander as well as the film's Director Peter Berg for this special live broadcast event. In addition, the real-life heroes who inspired the movie including former Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis, FBI Special Agent Richard DesLauriers and Watertown Police Sargent Jeff Pugliese will be participating in the Q&A.

The movie will be released on Friday, January 13 with early shows on Thursday, January 12.
