In this top operational role, effective January 1, Kurk will provide executive leadership for CommScope’s Mobility Solutions and Connectivity Solutions segments, and Global Supply Chain and Office of Technology organizations.

“As our current chief technology officer and previous leader of our wireless and enterprise businesses, Morgan is well positioned to take on this top operational role,” said Eddie Edwards, president and chief executive officer, CommScope. “Morgan will focus on enhancing CommScope’s role as a key strategic partner to our customers as they transition to the networks of the future.

“On behalf of our entire team, I thank Randy for all he has done for our company, customers and employees. He helped guide CommScope through much of its growth, various market cycles and acquisitions in a way that made us the global leader we are today.”
